<span >The Consolidation & Financial Reporting Specialist, who will be part of the Corp Accounting team, will be responsible for managing Bitso’s global consolidation process and supporting a wide range of initiatives such as ERP consolidation module implementation and control procedure development to help build a world class Accounting organization.

The Corporate Controller.
Who You Are
- Proven English fluency.
- Degree in Accounting.
- At least 4 years of experience in audit and/or accounting in financial services, technology companies, or Big4 firms.
- Hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements involving entities across jurisdictions in Latem.
- Experience with NetSuite and/or another ERP system.
- Knowledge of IFRS strongly preferred.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and with cross functional partners.
- Agile sense of work.
- Creative thinking and out of the box solutions for complicated processes.
- Organized and proactive, takes initiative and prioritize tasks.
- Reliable, trustworthy, high level of integrity with strong service orientation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; competency in SQL and Macros is a plus.
What You Will Do
- Manage global intercompany elimination and consolidation process.
- Manage Oracle NetSuite accounting platform implementation.
- Assist with performing technical accounting research and documenting accounting positions in white papers as needed.
- Assist with monthly/quarterly managerial reporting and analytical review.
- Assist with global accounting policy and control procedure development.
- Support various ad hoc projects and other duties as needed.
- Effectively communicate analyses to management.
