Oversee and manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation. Lead and mentor a team of trade operations associates, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, and Technology to ensure efficient trade processing and mitigate operational risks. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. Liaise with external counterparties and service providers to resolve trade discrepancies and ensure timely settlements. Prepare and present regular reports on trade operations performance and key metrics to senior management. Ensure that all incoming counterparty settlement requests are handled by the team within a pre-agreed timeframe. Work in concert with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand and deliver on their expectations with regards to serving clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 10+  years of experience in a trading firm, hedge fund or Investment Bank Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team. Previous experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong knowledge of trading platforms, settlement processes, and market infrastructure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
