We're embarking on a Quote-to-Cash transformation and seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead this initiative alongside the Controller. After these foundational projects are complete, the role will evolve into driving continuous improvement and overseeing the ongoing optimization of the work streams. You’ll also work closely within our Business Technology, Data and Analytics Team as well as with stakeholders across the business to drive maturity through future-proof design.

This is the first role of its kind at Chainalysis, offering a unique opportunity to shape and define our internal product management function and our Q2C processes.  In this role you’ll be responsible for defining and leading the strategy and execution of our end-to-end operations. This includes collaborating with process owners to establish and refine processes,  while taking ownership of the system and data implementations. You’ll create a vision and roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure we deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Partner with your peers and business partners to create a vision and roadmap that is reflective of the business needs, balances our need for scale, and short/long term objectives.

  • Analyze and optimize the Q2C lifecycle to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across operations.

  • Collaborate cross functionally to synthesize business objectives, persona need states, operational pain points and technical dependencies into a holistic solution

  • Work with admins and engineering teams to determine the resources, architecture, and technology choices critical to delivering enhancements.

  • Implement strong product management principles throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Leverage data to inform product decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Q2C initiatives, managing expectations and ensuring a timely delivery.

  • Help to define the standards and processes for internal product management, from initial planning to delivery

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Demonstrated experience in roles of similar scope, preferably within technology companies, and ideally in roles in the SaaS, FinTech, or Cryptocurrency industries.

  • Background building around cloud-native environments and SaaS technologies.

  • Previous experience managing distributed/remote teams.

  • Proven ability to set and execute product strategies in similarly sized companies.

  • Experience working with enablement and analytics teams to launch and measure the effectiveness of products.

Technologies we use:

  • GTM: Marketo, Salesforce, Clari, and Outreach

  • Finance: NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Coupa, Tesorio, Navan, ADP, Active Payroll

  • People: Workday, Ashby

  • Integrations: Workato

  • Data & Analytics: Tableau, DataBricks

  • Additional: Okta, Jira, Confluence
