Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy to engage and grow the Creative Catalyst community across various platforms.
• Manage and moderate our online communities, including social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord), forums, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content, including announcements, updates, articles, and interactive discussions, to keep the community informed and entertained.
• Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Organize and host online events, such as AMAs, webinars, and contests, to foster community engagement and build excitement.
• Identify and cultivate key influencers and community leaders to amplify the reach and impact of the Creative Catalyst brand.
• Track and analyze community metrics to measure engagement, identify trends, and optimize community management strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management, with a strong track record of building and engaging online communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and fostering a positive environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
• Ability to create engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience.
• Experience with blockchain or crypto communities is a plus.
• Passion for the creative industry and a strong understanding of blockchain technology.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
