WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Calendar/Scheduling: managing multi-time zone commitment, anticipating needs, ensuring correct information is set and shared, fast response to changes.
  • Travel: Coordinate complex international travel, from logistics to itineraries, with high attention to details and prepared for last minute changes.
  • Expenses: making sure that expenses are checked and source relevant receipts accordingly
  • Booking: restaurants, personal commitment.
  • Events: assists with key events like offsite, team meetings and board meetings.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • You handle confidential information with integrity.
  • You have 2 to 4 years of PA/EA experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Your attention to detail is key in this role.
  • You are happy to adapt your working hours on ET or PT hours.
  • You are able to respond and adapt to a constant change in priorities.
  • You handle any situation with a smile and a calm demeanor.
  • You are able to manage multi-channel communication tools (Signal, Telegram, Slack, Email etc.).
  • You are happy to travel even at short notice for up to 2 weeks at a time.
  • You are curious, eager to learn and passionate about helping others.
  • You have a “Solution finder” mindset and “Nothing is too small or too big” attitude.
  • You are used to work with Google suite tools.

Pay Transparency Notice: At Blockchain.com, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For individuals performing work in the United States, the target annual salary for this position can range from $60,000 to $80,000, and your actual pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location, as well as internal equity and market data.

We also offer benefits that include medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, paid parental leave, flexible paid time off. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and full-time employees will receive equity as part of the compensation package.
