About ENS Labs
Ethereum Name Service (ENS) is a decentralized, permissionless naming system built on the Ethereum blockchain that enables human-readable names (like "myname.eth") to be linked to standard Ethereum addresses and other distributed systems.
As one of the first protocols built on Ethereum, ENS has enabled over 3 million registered .eth names, and over another 20 million ENS names from teams such as Coinbase, Uniswap, and Linea, as well as integrations with hundreds of other apps, wallets, protocols, and browsers in the crypto ecosystem.
ENS Labs has been driving the core development of the ENS protocol since 2018. We created the ENS app, open-source libraries, and core smart contracts. We are on a mission to make crypto-powered experiences as easy and accessible as browsing the web. Join us as we build the next iteration of our protocol, ENSv2, and pioneer a more decentralized, flexible, and scalable ENS for the future.
Why This Role Matters
As our Content Marketing Manager, youâll own how millions of users, developers, and organizations actually understand ENS:
What ENS enables across Ethereum, L2s, and DNS
Why ENSv2 is a fundamental shift in how naming and identity work onchain
How new ENS apps and tools unlock better experiences for everyday users and advanced builders
This is a strategic, high-ownership role at the intersection of:
Product & protocol â understanding ENSv2, our apps, and ecosystem integrations
Editorial & storytelling â turning complex ideas into clear, opinionated narratives
Community & ecosystem â engaging directly with the builders, partners, and users who rely on ENS
What Youâll Do
-
Own ENSâs editorial strategy and calendar
Define and run the editorial calendar for ENS across blog, social, and other owned channels â aligning with product milestones, ENSv2 roadmap, governance proposals, and ecosystem launches.
Develop a clear editorial POV on ENS, identity, L2s, and naming â and ensure that perspective shows up consistently across everything we publish.
-
Be the voice of ENS across public channels
Own and manage ENSâs social presence across X, Farcaster, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Youâll inhabit the ENS voice, engage with the community daily, and serve as the first touchpoint for millions of people interacting with the protocol.
Host and/or coordinate live formats (X Spaces, streams, AMAs) to explain ENSv2, new features, and ecosystem announcements in a human, conversational way.
-
Create high-quality product and ecosystem content
-
Write and publish blog posts that cover:
New ENS app and Explorer features
ENSv2 milestones and technical updates
Integrations with wallets, L2s, and ecosystem partners
Deep-dive explainers on naming, identity, and interoperability
Create educational content in multiple formats â short-form threads, video explainers, screen recordings, guides, and walkthroughs â that help users and developers understand how to use ENS and whatâs possible with ENSv2.
-
-
Partner deeply with Product, PMM, DevRel, and Community
Work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and DevRel to deeply understand upcoming releases and translate them into clear, accurate narratives and launch content.
Collaborate with Community and the broader ENS ecosystem to create content with partners, amplify integration stories, and highlight real-world use cases.
-
Experiment, measure, and iterate
Explore and test new channels and formats (e.g. Farcaster frames, Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, podcasts) where it makes sense for ENSâs audience.
Set and track content performance metrics (engagement, reach, sentiment, activation, etc.) and use them to refine our content strategy.
Monitor community sentiment and ecosystem trends and feed insights back into product and marketing strategy.
-
Maintain high editorial standards
Develop and maintain a strong, recognizable editorial > for ENS: clear, precise, technically accurate, but accessible and human.
Use AI and LLMs for research and drafting when helpful, but rely on your own judgment, voice, and taste for final copy.
Drive the editorial standards of accuracy: ask the right questions, continually sharpen your technical depth, and translate protocol-level innovation into clear, trustworthy content for millions of users.
Who You Are
3â5+ years in content marketing, editorial, or product/content roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, devtools, crypto, or technical products.
You enjoy reading specs, proposals, and technical docs â and asking âwhy does this matter for builders and users?â
Youâre excited to own the story and multi-month narrative arc of ENSv2.
Youâre comfortable owning an area with a lot of autonomy, proactively surfacing ideas, and driving projects from idea â draft â shipped content.
You use metrics and qualitative feedback to inform what you do more/less of.
Itâs a Bonus If You Have
Familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem â including concepts like wallets, addresses, and L2s â along with an interest in or experience with DAO governance, decentralization, public goods, and open standards.
Comfort with basic design or video editing tools (Figma, Canva, Screenflow, etc.) to quickly prototype content.
Multi-lingual, or experience working with global, distributed communities.
ENS Labs is an equal-opportunity employer. We value diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for all team members. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
