Role Overview
OFA Group is seeking a highly adaptable Junior Analyst / Operations & Development Associate to support internal operations while assisting with the development of applications and platforms related to real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and digital-asset infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytically strong, technically capable, and interested in working at the intersection of operations, software development, and Web3-enabled capital markets. The role requires close collaboration with leadership, operations teams, and external developers supporting OFA Group’s RWA and digital-asset initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining internal tools and applications using Python, including tools supporting RWA workflows
- Support development of operational dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting tools related to asset structuring, issuance, and performance
- Help automate workflows tied to real-world asset onboarding, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and external developers supporting Web3, blockchain, and tokenization initiatives
- Assist with API integrations between off-chain systems and on-chain data sources
- Analyze operational, financial, and platform data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Support documentation, testing, and deployment of internal tools and RWA-related applications
- Assist with process improvements across operations, finance, and product development
- Support ad hoc projects related to digital-asset strategy, platform operations, and new product initiatives
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, with experience building scripts, automations, or internal applications
- Interest in or foundational knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or real-world asset (RWA) tokenization
- Ability to work across technical, operational, and analytical functions and wear multiple hats
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights
- Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or application backends
- Understanding of finance and accounting principles relevant to operations and asset analysis
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to blockchain tooling or libraries (e.g., Web3 APIs, on-chain data indexing)
- Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Familiarity with databases (SQL-based preferred)
- Experience automating workflows or building internal tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Git, or basic DevOps concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field
