Understand and effectively communicate the BitGo story and specific opportunity to candidates Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their business needs Build a strong pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels Qualify candidates based on their experience, current situation, and motivations to change jobs.   Work collaboratively with the recruiting and HR team Handle any ad-hoc hiring requests Identify creative ways to attract talent  Collaborating with multiple org leaders as a strategic partner in hiring strategies

Required:

5+ years of recruiting experience within a tech start-up environment Experience working with global hiring teams Knowledge around technical frameworks Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), Google Calendar Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills  Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred:

Experience recruiting in both technical and non-technical positions Understanding and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain industry
