About us

Ether.fi is one of the largest crypto companies in the world. We have over $10B in assets under management and a team of 30 almost all technical staff. We’ve been profitable day one and are focusing on building real consumer applications.

The future we envisage is true on-chain banking. Our current products; Stake, Liquid, and Cash enable users to earn yield in a variety of DeFi strategies, and spend their assets in the real world with our credit cards. You can view public analytics on Dune for Cash and Stake.

Position overview:

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to help build the next generation of crypto financial products.

You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design and Operations to define, build, and launch products used by thousands of members globally. This is a highly technical role focused on execution. You’ll be expected to understand system architecture, APIs, payments, blockchain infrastructure, and operational workflows well enough to make informed tradeoffs and help teams ship quickly.

You won’t be managing project timelines from the sidelines, you’ll be deeply embedded with engineering teams, writing specs, defining requirements, analyzing data, and driving products from concept through launch.

What you’ll do

  • Own products from idea through launch, iteration, and ongoing performance

  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and priorities in partnership with Engineering and Design

  • Build intuitive experiences that simplify complex financial and crypto concepts

  • Translate customer, business, and operational needs into clear product specifications

  • Partner closely with engineers to design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions

  • Use data, research, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform decisions

  • Analyze funnels, user behavior, and product performance to improve adoption, retention, and revenue

  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, CX, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership to deliver impactful outcomes

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience

  • Experience building credit card, crypto, fintech, or money movement products

  • Strong technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams

  • Ability to understand APIs, system architecture, integrations, and data flows

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions

  • Excellent written communication and product specification skills

  • Proven ability to ship products in fast-moving startup environments

Perks and benefit

  • Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and token allocation grant

  • Opportunity to work on multi-billion dollar products as part of a small team

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance plans

  • Global team with opportunity for travel and working out of our 3 offices around the world

  • 4 weeks work from anywhere

  • Exciting company events and team-building off-sites
