Job Summary Digital Assets Consultant (New York, NY)

  • Support design and delivery of digital asset initiatives, including trading, custody, and settlement workflows.
  • Provide expertise in blockchain protocols, cryptocurrency markets, and tokenized assets.
  • Define wallet infrastructure and key management frameworks (e.g., custody models, hot/cold storage, MPC, multi-signature).
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to implement digital asset solutions.
  • Evaluate vendors and platforms in the digital asset ecosystem (custodians, exchanges, analytics, tokenization).
  • Address regulatory and control requirements for institutional digital asset products.
  • Create documentation, workflows, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Leverage 5+ years experience in financial services with direct exposure to digital assets, blockchain, or crypto.
  • Apply strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, crypto trading workflows, and security best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • (Preferred) Bring experience from banks, exchanges, custodians, or digital asset-native firms.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SEC, OCC, NYDFS BitLicense) and tokenization in capital markets.
