Role Overview

In this fully remote role, you will serve as a key connector between our organization and major financial stakeholders in the Ethereum community. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, coordinating between different groups, and facilitating collaboration opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who excels at relationship building and effective communication while being passionate about advancing Ethereum adoption in the enterprise sector. Knowledge of the financial industry and Ethereum is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for organizations wanting to learn more about Ethereum in the region.

• Network Coordination: Connect relevant stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ecosystem growth.

• Strategic Communication: Effectively communicate our organization's mission, goals, and initiatives to external stakeholders.

• Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities that align with ecosystem objectives.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners, community members, and industry organizations.

• Ecosystem Mapping: Maintain knowledge of key players, projects, and initiatives across the Ethereum landscape.

• Progress Tracking: Consistently document relationship development and maintain stakeholder information.

• Event Coordination: Represent the Ethereum Foundation at industry events and coordinate participation in key ecosystem initiatives.

• Community Engagement: Actively participate in Ethereum community discussions and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience: Professional experience (5+ years) in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management within Blockchain, Financial Services, or FinTech.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of institutional requirements, market dynamics and trends, and Ethereum’s ecosystem.

• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a talent for building authentic connections with senior executives.

• Networking: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively; an existing network in your region is highly desirable.

• Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for Ethereum and permission-less/open-source technologies.

• Autonomy: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Communication: Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally and you highly value working transparently with your colleagues.

• Language: In this role we require professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
