Your Impact

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager of Phygital NFT Marketplace, someone who will be working directly with our startup products. Helping them maintain momentum, drive product adoption, engagement, and ultimately achieve the right product for the market. A great fit for this role will be someone who has the ability to see the whole picture, and dive into the details. We want entrepreneurs who use creativity, and have strong blockchain knowledge, to figure out core results, priorities, and direction.

Responsibilities

• You will be working with our startup products to advise on the team’s short and long-term product roadmaps, key achievements, and the end-to-end customer experience
• You will be a dedicated resource to our startup products to ensure that product management methodologies are being met
• Constantly developing your passion for creative development and product management by understanding the latest technologies, NFT trends, and industry standards
• Advising on how to build agile teams that are focused on delivering effectively against product strategy and goals
• Helping your team to expertly ideate, plan, design, and develop new products and features, while taking into account the target market and the overall user experience
• Advising on how to analyze and give structure to customer dislikes in order to drive the smartest solutions
• Be a key part of an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity both internally and externally
  
  

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience in the Marketplace or E-commerce industry.
• Has experience in an early startup phase (Seed ~ Series A).
• Entrepreneurial experience is preferred
• Experience in Crypto/Blockchain/NFT product management with increasing responsibility (include work in growth-stage company environments)
• A successful track record of building new innovative NFT products that create fierce advantages in the market.
• Experienced in agile and scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with lean methodology and business model canvas exercises
• A great partner, who is fantastic at simplifying complex concepts, with great leadership abilities that motivate teams to achieve success
• Experience growing product adoption and defining product distinction in the marketplace
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve.
