About the Role
As the Growth & Product Lead, you will work closely with the founders, playing a key role in the strategic development of CoinsBee. Connected with both internal teams and external partners, you will drive market penetration and expand strategic partnerships. You will shape and lead the growth strategy, optimize the product offering, and foster expansion into new markets. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on individual who can identify and leverage opportunities within the crypto ecosystem to strengthen CoinsBee’s market position and achieve growth targets.


What You Will Do


  • Define and lead CoinsBee’s growth strategy, focusing on partnerships with major exchanges, wallets, and other crypto companies to increase market penetration and diversify revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Developer to develop and implement product features that enhance customer experience and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Execute joint initiatives with strategic partners to leverage their networks, expand CoinsBee’s reach, and grow the user base.
  • Research and initiate new growth strategies to penetrate new markets or deepen engagement within existing ones.
  • Identify and establish valuable partnerships, oversee negotiations, and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in the crypto sector.
  • Work closely with management to ensure growth initiatives align with the overarching company strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and technological advancements to sustainably strengthen and expand CoinsBee’s position in the crypto industry.
About You


  • Proven experience in leading growth initiatives, partnerships, or business development.
  • Expertise in cryptocurrency, digital assets, & blockchain.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience managing relationships with senior-level partners and stakeholders at the C-level.
  • A bridge between business and development teams, ensuring that product strategies are effectively executed.
  • Experience in product development and marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-driven and capable of taking responsibility for high-impact projects.
  • Fluency in German at a minimum B2 level is required.
