Business Development Specialist

Job Overview

  • As a Business Development Specialist, you are responsible for conducting daily business development activities, including identifying new partnership opportunities, maintaining and developing client relationships, and supporting the implementation of team strategies. This role will report directly to the Business Development Manager and assist the team in achieving its business and growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Business Execution: Conduct daily business development activities to ensure continuous interaction with existing and potential clients.
  2. Opportunity Identification and Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and pinpoint potential clients and partners.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Efficiently manage customer relationships and respond promptly to customer needs. Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients, communicate regularly to understand their needs and feedback, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand influence. Support the planning and execution of marketing activities, including participation in trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events.
  5. Data Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze business development data, prepare reports to support team decision-making.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Good organizational and communication skills and interpersonal abilities, able to establish effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry preferred, with a high level of market sensitivity and business acumen.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, tokens, and performance-based variable parts.
