Overview

Our client is a newly set-up crypto exchange base in Dubai with office presence in Malaysia. The Community Manager will play a crucial role within the blockchain exchange, responsible for building, maintaining, and growing user communities. This position focuses on enhancing user engagement and satisfaction while promoting the company's brand influence within the community.

What You Will Do

    • Develop and manage online and offline communities, leveraging social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Discord) to increase user interaction.
    • Organize and plan community events, including AMAs (Ask Me Anything), online forums, and offline meetups.
    • Ensure active participation of community members, address user inquiries, resolve feedback, and provide support.
    • Develop and implement community content strategies, creating and publishing high-quality articles, blogs, press releases, announcements, and other relevant content.
    • Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content (e.g., infographics, posters, videos) to enhance community appeal and user engagement.
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with community members, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other key stakeholders.
    • Gather and analyze user feedback to understand user needs and market trends, providing improvement suggestions to product and marketing teams.
    • Promote the company brand through social media and other channels to increase brand awareness and influence.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to communicate with potential clients and partners.
    • Monitor and analyze community operations data, produce regular reports, evaluate the effectiveness of community activities, and propose optimization suggestions.
    • Utilize analytical tools to track social media and community platform interactions to improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Need

    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community management, social media operations, or related roles. Background in blockchain or fintech industries is a plus.
    • Proficiency with major social media platforms and community management tools, with excellent content creation and distribution skills.
    • Strong communication skills, able to effectively interact with users from diverse cultural backgrounds.
    • Solid data analysis capabilities, able to drive decisions and optimize operational strategies using data.
