The Role.

We are seeking a Creative Comms Lead proficient in all forms of communication and storytelling, with a robust track record in developing and framing impactful missions and brand narratives. Join our small, talented team and lead efforts to shape our public perception, drive narrative evolution, and amplify our vision for a future where Grass is integral to the internet.

Who You Are.

• Creative Storyteller:Proven success in developing original story ideas across various genres and formats, meticulously crafting detailed story outlines from initial concept to execution.
• Pitching Expert:Strong expertise in pitching to networks, streaming platforms, and production companies, with persuasive communication skills and a deep understanding of current market trends.
• Visual Storyteller:Proficient in creating visually compelling story decks and presentations that engage stakeholders and drive narrative impact.
• Collaborative Leader:Skilled in fostering innovation by collaborating with teams to refine and elevate story concepts and narratives.
• Adaptable and Driven:Thrives in dynamic environments, excelling in initiative-taking to overcome challenges and achieve project goals with resilience and versatility.

What You’ll Be Doing.

• Writing, editing, and effectively communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences through clear and impactful messaging.
• Developing and framing the company's brand position across various social platforms.
• Collaborating with founders and the marketing team on growth initiatives.
