Role and Responsibilities As a Community Coordinator your role will cover a wide range of responsibilities, including: 

Basic social media account management of platforms such as X, Instagram, and Facebook. Communicate with players through on-site chats and direct messages. Assist with customer support team queries on social platforms. Engage customers with creative social content, be that written or visual, when required. Develop and support both existing and new competitions or bonus initiatives that resonate with community interests. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate insights.

Qualifications Essential qualifications

Background in marketing, either through a university degree or relevant work experience. Proficiency with social media platforms and tools.  Bi-lingual skills are an advantage. Experience in the gaming, sports, or the entertainment industry. Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
