Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate networkÂ
- Handle negotiations, onboarding processes, and any necessary paperwork to ensure smooth integration of new affiliates
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build strong relationships
- Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their effectiveness
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing ROI
- Build reports using internal data to track and optimize the overall performance of the affiliate channel
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead in the marketÂ
- [Community Management]
- Actively engage with the South Asian community across various platforms (Telegram, forums, chat groups, etc.) to foster an interactive environment and assist community members with their inquiriesÂ
- Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, such as meetups, events, workshops, webinars, and AMA sessions
- Gather and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams, helping to shape product development and marketing strategies
- Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment, using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deploy cross-functional community initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.
- A business development background is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage a diverse community.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers
- Fluent in Urdu & English, other languages are a big plus
