About You

We are currently seeking a Community Manager to engage, support and expand ’s brand awareness, strategic growth and keep on building the community footprint of æternity Establishment. This individual will engage with a team of a loyal community of fans and advocates and will be tasked with boosting presence in the respective owned and operated platforms.

Primary responsibilities:

• Managing all existing communication channels (e.g. Twitter,Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, ) and coordinating announcements and content with ecosystem projects.
• Sharing and translating the best innovative use cases with the leadership team.
• Setting up and managing communication channels in the industry-specific online outlets (forums, WeTrue, local social channels&chats).
• Obtaining good communication and relations with communities (replying to questions, listening to suggestions, ideas, supporting members to understand and use technology).
• Informing and supporting members to understand, educate, share and join community-based programs&events (Æmbassador program, hæckathons).

• Good communicator, friendly and outgoing. Able to diplomatically resolve any incoming challenges with calm and thought-out moderation skills.

Your background and skills:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of the blockchain space in terms of projects, technology, philosophy and values.
• Aware of industry communities and news, media outlets dedicated to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
• Outgoing personality and proven ability to communicate with community members, partners and prospective influencers in an effective, friendly, and positive way.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability throughout the day and willingness to address community-related needs.
• Previous experience in marketing, especially working as a Community Manager in the blockchain sphere.
