Lead Copywriter (Growth Creative)
Responsibilities:
- Creating innovative and compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, video, email, and in-app content.
- Understanding of content writing for various ad channels, such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.
- Working with the Growth team, including Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytic teams, to create effective copywriting solutions.
- Conducting research and conceptualizing ideas to develop engaging messages for the target audience.
- Creating personalized, segmented messaging for different customer groups, highlighting the significance of targeting specific customer segments and lifecycle stages with relevant content to boost engagement and conversions.
- Writing content in various formats, including push notifications, pop-up messages, emails, and other essential CRM channels.
- Adapting and refining existing content for different purposes.
- Setting the tone and driving creativity, ensuring excellence in collaboration with the Project Manager and Creative team.
- Staying up-to-date with trending topics and news to identify content opportunities.
- Gathering input and validating content with internal teams.
- Ensuring consistency and quality across all written materials.
- Mentoring and guiding junior writers, providing feedback and contributing to their skill development.
- Taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery, aligning with brand guidelines and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

- Crypto Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the crypto landscape, including knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, industry trends, and the target audience's interests and preferences.
- Creative Writing Skills: Exceptional ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy for various purposes, such as product descriptions, CRM communications, and ad campaigns. Strong storytelling, brand messaging, and call-to-action creation skills are necessary.
