What you'll do
- Assist the talent acquisition team in sourcing talent through different channels
- Manage different job advertisements on job portals and social networks
- Assist in screening candidates for interviews
- Plan and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assist with employer branding initiatives
- Perform other HR-related tasks accordingly
What we expect from you
- Taking up a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to keep confidential information
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Can start as soon as possible with minimum 250 hours
