Blockdaemon is looking for a skilled Product Manager to help with data management and financial reporting for our blockchain protocols. This is a highly cross-functional role that will report to the Director of Product and work closely with product managers, engineers, business development, protocol specialists, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of financial reporting products for internal and external stakeholders
- Work with design and engineering to develop robust reporting tools for stakers, validators, and other crypto financial entities and activities
- Establish standards for financial reporting and metrics based on industry best practices
- Work closely with our internal operations team to support their reporting needs
- Breakdown complex reporting requests into actionable product requirements
- Integrate with 3rd party data solutions and tax software providers as necessary
- Use KPIs and metrics to continuously iterate on reporting experiences
Requirements
- 4+ years product management experience
- Deep understanding of user personas and and customer needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a highly cross functional, technical role
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and want to help build something meaningful
