Flashbots started in 2020 as a research and development organization formed to mitigate the negative externalities and existential risks posed by Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). We are looking for a product manager to join our block building team at Flashbots. In this role you will help steer the roadmap for our Ethereum block builder and develop new products and developer tools tailored to searchers, solvers, and traders.
Key responsibilities
Engage with searchers, solvers, and app developers to gather insights, understand their needs, and translate feedback into product requirements
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
Define, collect, and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and inform decision-making in new and existing product areas
Lead a cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle, from product discovery to execution to growth
What we look for
Experience running a searcher or solver
Deep passion and knowledge of the Ethereum trading ecosystem
A keen eye for craftsmanship in developer tools
Ability to use data to drive production development
Bias for action and ability to get things done in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating with cross functional teams
