About Paxos Today’s financial infrastructure is archaic, expensive, inefficient and risky — supporting a system that leaves out more people than it lets in. So we’re rebuilding it. We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial system to everyone by enabling the instant movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world’s leading financial institutions, like PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard and Interactive Brokers. About the team The Compliance team at Paxos plays a vital role in ensuring the company adheres to global regulatory standards across financial products and services. This team tackles complex challenges such as AML, sanctions, and transaction monitoring, all while ensuring a robust compliance framework in a rapidly evolving crypto and fintech landscape. By safeguarding Paxos against regulatory risks, the team is essential in helping the company achieve its mission of creating a more transparent and efficient financial ecosystem. About the role We are looking for a Compliance Conduct & Ethics, Program Manager to support key governance and compliance functions within Paxos. This role will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing compliance policies across Employee Conduct & Ethics programs, as well as oversee the company’s Compliance training program The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring Paxos maintains regulatory alignment, operational efficiency, and corporate integrity. This individual will own complex compliance initiatives, mitigate risks, and drive ethical accountability across the organization. Given the increasing regulatory scrutiny in the financial and crypto sectors, this role will help build a strong compliance framework that supports Paxos’ growth while protecting its reputation. What you'll do

Lead compliance oversight for critical Employee Conduct programs, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Code of Ethics, and Personal Trading Compliance. Manage the Whistleblower and Conflicts of Interest Programs, ensuring effective governance, reporting mechanisms, and follow-up processes. Monitor Gifts and Entertainment Policy Compliance, enforcing controls to prevent conflicts of interest and regulatory breaches. Oversee compliance training programs to ensure employees are informed of policies, regulations, and ethical obligations. Prepare and deliver reports for leadership, providing insights into compliance activities, risks, and policy effectiveness. Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and risk teams to enhance regulatory alignment and drive compliance best practices. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and proactively adjust policies and training programs to maintain compliance readiness.

About you

5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory risk, or governance oversight in financial services, fintech, or crypto industries. Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), whistleblower governance, and consumer protection policies. Strong experience in policy development, risk assessment, and enforcement of compliance controls. Proven ability to design and execute compliance training and awareness programs. Experience managing compliance reporting and presenting key insights to senior leadership. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across legal, risk, and business teams.
