What we're looking for

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our PR and Communications team. We’re looking for a creative and strategic storyteller with a passion for blockchain and Web3, capable of crafting compelling content that engages our community and elevates TON’s brand throughout our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, social media posts, and website copy to promote TON’s products, updates, and ecosystem milestones.
• Collaborate with the Communications Lead to develop content strategies that align with TON’s brand voice and objectives, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Produce educational content to inform users about TON’s blockchain technology, features, and updates, fostering transparency and trust.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams to develop content that supports product launches, campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic reach and drive traffic to TON’s platforms.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in storytelling.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support crisis communication efforts by drafting timely and transparent user-facing content during high-demand periods or technical issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in the tech, software, or cryptocurrency industries.
• A passion for crypto innovation, decentralized finance, and blockchain storytelling. You stay on top of industry trends and enjoy breaking down complex crypto concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can turn complex concepts into compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences. You have a knack for finding the story within complicated topics and can capture our brand voice in every piece of writing.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized applications.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content across various formats (blogs, social media, technical documentation, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Native English-speaker or native-level English proficiency.
• A portfolio showcasing content created for tech, software, or cryptocurrency audiences.
• Active participation in blockchain or crypto communities on platforms like X, Reddit, or Discord.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Docs and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work across time zones (CET +/- 3) to collaborate with global teams.
