About the role

You will be the product champion for our Web3 wallet and its related features—delivering seamless, secure, and user-friendly experiences for both retail users and developers. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our wallet products, while also contributing to adjacent initiatives (such as account abstraction, dApps, or infrastructure) where critical to the company’s success. This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility and impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Product vision & strategy: Define and articulate the vision for our Web3 wallet, aligning it with company objectives, evolving regulations, and global market trends.
  • Roadmap ownership: Build and manage the wallet product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Execution & delivery: Drive the end-to-end delivery of wallet features, account abstraction flows, and integrations. Own backlog management and ensure smooth execution with engineering and design.
  • User experience: Champion exceptional UX/UI standards, embedding user research and feedback loops into product development.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance to translate requirements into product specs and successful launches.
  • Market insights: Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and differentiation strategies.
  • Metrics & outcomes: Define KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, usability, and performance; refine strategy based on insights.
Qualifications

Required experiences

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in blockchain, fintech, or consumer technology.
  • Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 wallet design, and digital asset market trends.
  • Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
  • Excellent written & verbal English; able to communicate product vision, write crisp specifications, and influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Nice-to-have

  • Experience with account abstraction, decentralized identity, or developer-facing SDKs.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in crypto/fintech.
  • Exposure to dApp ecosystems, DeFi, or self-custodial wallet products.
Very-nice-to-have

  • Prior work on a self-custodial crypto wallet or DeFi app.
  • Experience contributing to open-source or Web3 communities.
Location / Timezone

  • East Asia preferred (Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo), but open to global candidates.
  • Must be fluent in English and flexible to work across time zones.
