  About the Opportunity As we expand rapidly globally, we are looking for a highly energetic and motivated legal counsel with a proven track record in law firms and/or in-house legal departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in advising on Crypto products and services, the Web3 space, and related legal and regulatory matters. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the legal landscape of the Virtual Asset/ Web3 space and work closely with our Product teams on transformative and cutting-edge initiatives.  The role will also involve working with APAC Local Markets teams to advise on various initiatives from a regulatory perspective. What You’ll Be Doing 

Provide counsel and support to our product and other stakeholders with respect to existing and new product offerings. Work directly with various business teams to anticipate legal, compliance and regulatory risks and issues relating to existing and new product offerings.  Develop, draft and manage terms for new products and services, terms and conditions for events, disclaimers and warning notices. Advise APAC Local Markets teams on our various initiatives from a regulatory perspective. Draft, and review end-user agreements, product terms, and related documents. Partner with our risk, compliance and licensing teams to provide ongoing support in monitoring the changes in the legal and regulatory landscape in multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate cross-functional legal input by working closely with other members in the legal and compliance division.

What We Look For In You 

Law degree holder (LLB/ J.D.) qualified in Hong Kong, Singapore, and/or other major common law jurisdictions Qualified lawyer with 5-8 years PQE in a reputable international law firm or a top local law firm Experience in advising on products and related legal and regulatory matters Commitment to ensuring the team succeeds with all tasks, duties and projects and willingness to help a team member in need Sound judgment on business practices, internal and external stakeholder relationship management and reputational risk Business driven and capable to facilitate business by providing solutions Capable to manage crisis and work in fast-pace environment, able to cope with tight deadlines Business proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Well-organized, detail-oriented, presentable and with excellent drafting and communication skills (both verbally and in writing) Ability to approach situations and challenges with a sense of humour
