You will have a high level of ownership over our integrations with other products and services, and you'll be leading a team that is building the future of decentralized staking.   Responsibilities:

Take part in the formation of a new and autonomous infrastructure team dedicated to expanding Distributed Validator Technology (DVT)  Design, develop and deploy software applications in a fast-paced agile environment. Build scalable and robust applications with high-quality code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems. Write and maintain clean and efficient code. Work with product managers, designers, developers and stakeholders to ensure software development meets business requirements and timelines. Continuously learn new technologies and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality. Work at a rapid pace with substantial ownership and autonomy over your domain.

  Your Experience & Qualifications:

At Least 6 years in software development experience  3+ years Backend in node.js  Position is 70% Hands-On / 30% Management  Experience with AWS (or other cloud provider), PostgresQL & MongoDB "Can-do" mentality and team leadership qualities Cloud microservice architecture and design experience Experience in the following technologies: electron js / desktop-app Proven work experience in the following technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Task (PubSub) management tool 2+ years Frontend in react.js - Advantage Experience with picking up existing open-source solutions and working with them - Advantage Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures - Advantage BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent - Advantage Any knowledge of Blockchain/ Digital Currencies / Staking - Advantage *We offer equal opportunities and ensure an inclusive recruitment for our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation.
