We’ve closed our Series A funding, with total funding over $20m, and are gearing up for the next stage of growth for our company, which will see many more features—from a Discord bot to chat reactions—launch on Common. We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can help us define ourselves in the space, build a full marketing function, and continue to accelerate product growth. This role requires an expert product marketing knowledge of bottom-up distribution for B2B SaaS products, and—most importantly—a builder mentality who has previous experience operating in the “white space” of bringing products to market.
Skills:

  • Solidity / Rust / CosmWasm (a smart contract language)
  • Hardhat or similar development + testing infrastructure
    • Ethers/Web3/similar
  • Typescript

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years or sufficient work experience
  • Portfolio of deployed contracts on a Mainnet
  • Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience developing and iterating on Smart Contracts that are focused on a balance of UX and gas efficiency.
  • 1+ years of experience writing smart contracts that interface with contracts that other Projects have deployed, eg integrating to another defi product, exemplifying “composability”, “defi legos”
  • Strong sense of problem solving and research skills
  • Good communicator who can spec work and then build it
  • Intensely curious, desire to learn and follow the cutting-edge practice of Smart Contract development

Preferred Background:
  • CS Degree
  • DAO tooling or DeFi experience
  • Follows modern smart contract exploits and best practices
