About Keyrock

Since our beginnings in 2017, we've grown to be a leading change-maker in the digital asset space, renowned for our partnerships and innovation.

Today, we rock with over 210 team members around the world. Our diverse team hails from 42 nationalities, with backgrounds ranging from DeFi natives to PhDs. Predominantly remote, we have hubs in London, Brussels, Singapore and Paris, and host regular online and offline hangouts to keep the crew tight.

We are trading on more than 80 exchanges, and working with a wide array of asset issuers. As a well-established market maker, our distinctive expertise led us to expand rapidly. Today, our services span market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks as well as digital asset management. Keyrock is looking to expand and establish itself as a full-service financial institution through both organic innovation and inorganic growth.

But we’re more than a service provider. We’re an initiator. We're pioneers in adopting the Rust Development language for our algorithmic trading systems, and champions of its use in the industry. We support the growth of Web3 startups through our Accelerator Program. We upgrade ecosystems by injecting liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols. And we push the industry's progress with our research and governance initiatives.

At Keyrock, we're not just envisioning the future of digital assets. We're actively building it.

Mission statement

We are looking for a Deal Structurer to build and underwrite bespoke liquidity, derivatives and financing structures for protocols and ecosystems.

You’ll architect complex commercial deals that blend market-making, options, and structured solutions—bridging product, trading, and technology—to scale Keyrock’s role as the strategic underwriter of success for token launches and ecosystem growth. You will be doing this in close conjunction with the Head of Corporate Sales and the Associate Directors of Corporate Sales.

Job description

Deal Origination & Structuring

  • Architect custom liquidity and derivative structures for token launches, treasury programs, and institutional mandates.

  • Translate strategic client objectives into executable financial and market-making products (structured options, deferred premiums, rolling spreads, hybrids).

  • Model deal economics, sensitivities, and stress scenarios with clear risk/return accountability.

Underwriting & Analytics

  • Lead underwriting analyses: volatility, depth, liquidity sourcing, token supply modeling, and FDV evolution.

  • Build pricing frameworks in coordination with Trading, Risk, and Quant.

  • Continuously evaluate live structures and post-trade performance to refine future deal design.

Internal Evangelization & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Evangelize new deal structures internally—support educating and aligning the broader sales and trading teams on structure rationale, risk management, and commercial opportunity.

  • Act as a bridge to control functions: Legal, Risk, and Compliance, ensuring clarity and accelerating review cycles without compromising standards.

  • Lead internal communications around new products and transaction frameworks together with the Global Head of Corporate Sales to improve speed-to-execution and approval success rates.

Product & Service Innovation

  • Support Product and Engineering to design and launch new liquidity and derivative offerings, embedding market feedback into roadmap priorities.

  • Build together with Global Head of Corporate Sales the internal playbooks and documentation templates that will standardize success and scale the business.

Commercial & Client Leadership

  • Serve as the senior counterpart for foundations, protocols, and large institutions seeking custom liquidity or hedging solutions.

  • Advise clients on treasury optimization, yield enhancement, and risk management through creative financial engineering.

  • Maintain high-trust relationships with key ecosystem partners and investors, positioning Keyrock as a long-term strategic underwriter.

Analytics

  • Lead underwriting analyses: volatility, liquidity depth, token supply modeling, market impact, and FDV evolution.

  • Price and structure deals in close coordination with Trading, Risk, and Quant teams.

  • Challenge assumptions with data—run scenario analyses, stress tests, and post-trade performance reviews.

    Commercial & Relationship Leadership

  • Act as the senior counterpart for foundations, protocols, and strategic partners.

  • Advise clients on treasury optimization, yield management, and hedging through custom instruments.

  • Build repeatable playbooks for high-impact deal categories, while maintaining a tailored, client-specific approach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product and Engineering to co-create the next generation of crypto financial products.

  • Partner with Trading and Risk to align pricing, margin, and liquidity frameworks.

  • Contribute to the evolution of Keyrock’s commercial governance, documentation templates, and SLAs.

You will sit at the crossroads of sales, structuring, and trading, designing and underwriting deals that shape the commercial edge of the company. This role is not about volume—it’s about depth, precision, and institutional credibility. The work you lead will set the blueprint for how digital-asset investment banking will look in the next decade.

Background and experience

  • 10+ years in derivatives, structured products, market making, or investment-banking->

  • Proven ability to design and underwrite complex financial structures with asymmetric payoff and risk management.

  • Deep understanding of tokenomics, market microstructure, and protocol treasury behavior.

  • Strong analytical and financial-modeling background (options Greeks, VaR, pnl decomposition).

  • Strategic mindset with ability to form directional market views and link them to deal architecture.

  • Experience managing or mentoring teams; leadership potential expected.
Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills across technical and executive stakeholders.

  • Located within EU time zones (±4h).
