About the Position
The Strategy & Operations team works cross-functionally owning a wide range of key initiatives. In this role you’ll partner closely with the leadership team to develop company-wide process and strategy. Additionally, you’ll act as the “Operational Special Forces” to enact large-scale change, driving our design and roll-out of company wide KPI’s, target account strategy implementation, and the optimization of new product commercialization.

Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence to support execution of the company goals, including KPI rollout and management and prioritization of key operational projects (Big Rocks) at the company-level
- Drive discovery of business challenges, distilling quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources into a clear diagnosis and action plan for leadership and senior stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize process and system design, focused primarily on go-to-market (GTM) functions
- Manage and execute initiatives, orchestrating across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Data, IT and Product & R&D stakeholders, to achieve objectives
- Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in, alignment & adoption of your initiatives
- Develop cross-company communications, synthesizing company strategy into simple to consume documentation
- Partner with leaders to execute ad-hoc strategic analysis
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects (management consulting, investment banking, strategy / operations / GTM at a fintech, B2B SaaS, start-up, etc.)
- BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to turn incomplete, conflicting, ambiguous inputs into action plans
- Data proficiency to compile, analyze, and leverage quantitative and qualitative data for decision making
- Strong project management skills to manage senior stakeholder relationships, deliverables, and timelines without supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in strategy and operations in a B2B SaaS or crypto-focused company
- Comfort navigating CRM systems - Salesforce, Planhat
- Experience with data programming and analytics tools - SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker
