Product Manager - Options High Frequency Trading

We are looking for a dedicated, technically experienced Product Manager to drive our Options Business Unit systems development, focusing on user- and business-centric discovery, validation, and continuous improvement of service delivery management.
Keyrock Product Managers are responsible for developing valuable and viable systems (& implicit services) that consider the voices of
Business & Commercial teams,
Trading & Research teams,
And Engineering teams.

Job description
This role reports to the Head of Product for Options.
In this role, you will lead the discovery, definition, and support the development and delivery of initiatives by validating ideas through user feedback and data-driven insights.
A Keyrock Product Manager understands the difference between Product and Project mindsets and encourages the adoption of a Product-centric view amongst the development teams.In practice this means adopting Product Development processes and producing visualisations and documentation around the reasoning and agreed definitions of solutions.
Work with data-analysts and the QA Manager to ensure measurement of trading impact and verification of business logic, whilst minimizing regressions.
Produce metrics around the delivery of development operations, demonstrating quality and efficiency in the development operation, in alignment with Keyrockâs delivery approach.
Reporting delivery metrics and team performance to both the Head of Product and Head of Engineering of the Business Unit, and driving continuous improvement in these areas.
Essential experience
Expert understanding of the software requirements and user needs of a trading system
Strong understanding of the business needs of an options trading desk
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field - or equivalent maths intensive vocational experience.
3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or related sectors.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a generic agile-principled development environment.
Beneficial experience
3+ years experience working in an HFT options trading firm
Strong grasp of options theory and trading concepts
We expect the successful candidate to be based in either the Middle East or Asia regions. European time zone can also be considered however the candidate must have flexibility to work with team members based across Austral Asia time zones. Remote and flexible work options are available.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Familiarity and experience with trading back office, security or similar is a plus
