Qualifications

•You are a passionate technology architect

•You have 5+ yrs of professional design experience

•You have experience with NFT based web3 voting design

•You are a creative thinker

•You are able to perceive and communicate a unique view of the intersection between voting, governance, control and design of web3 ecosystems

•You are a strong communicator and have the skills to convey Web3 native language while implementing a strong brand tone of voice when addressing internal and external stakeholders

•Work with an exceptional team: You’ll work closely with an amazing group of employees, contractors, advisors, and investors who have incredible experience, insight, and a visionary perspective on the future of the internet

•The ability to work in multiple functions: You’ll become deeply familiar with every aspect of the projects and have unparalleled perspective into the various functional teams that compromise the project

Responsibilities

•Get to know the people who are moving the needle in this universe, fixing what's broken, and bushwhacking new paths

•Developing clients in the concepts of any community-related projects, including in Web3/NFT space

•Drive the Product design process from discovery to implementation

•Work closely with Product Managers and clients to transform complex and abstract concepts and challenges into well-articulated, tangible solution ideas with a strong problem-solving mindset and craft excellence

•Contribute to projects that are reshaping the technological future of fundraising and reciprocity

•Unique perspective across projects and associated entities: you’ll have a view across projects unlike any other role and might join board meetings, staff meetings, and support the vision and strategy setting for the company
