- Enhancing the crypto user journey by identifying pain points and recommending improvements.
- Providing expert guidance on crypto transactions, wallets, and overall usability.
- Analyzing customer feedback and behavior to drive product enhancements.
- Educating internal teams and customers on crypto functionalities, best practices, and industry trends.
- Collaborating with product, support, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive crypto experience.
- Keeping up with the latest trends in blockchain, DeFi, and crypto adoption to inform strategy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto, blockchain, or fintech-related roles.
- Deep understanding of crypto transactions, wallets, and UX best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex crypto concepts for users.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving customer interactions.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). French and/or Spanish are a plus.
