We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company aspires to be the premier marketing agency in web3. They work with top companies & protocols to capture the attention and mindshare that they deserve. They have extensive experience in DeFi and leverage their network, creative, and scientific backgrounds to develop innovative marketing strategies to build attention funnels, capture mindshare, and monetise it efficiently.

We are looking for a passionate interviewer with a creative mind to join their organisation. As an interviewer, you'll be interviewing clients they are working with and thought leaders in the space to create long-form and short-form content that can be repurposed in various formats to be distributed on various platforms including Twitter (X), TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Ideating an interview series that is entertaining, fun, and engaging.
• Interviewing clients we're working with alongside thought leaders in the space.
• Reaching out to relevant founders / thought leaders for an interview.
• Preparing for every interview carefully by researching unfamiliar topics & providing the interviewee with the list of questions 72 hours before the scheduled interview.
• Editing the interview into various formats ensuring it is suitable for distribution.
• Creating thumbnails for the videos.
• Planning distribution with the relevant teams.
• Measuring performance, optimizing, and iterating.

Requirements

• A high-quality setup to facilitate professional interviews - microphone, camera, backdrop.
• Understanding web culture, trends, narratives, and staying on top of news.
• Growth mindset & attitude - believing that you can grow, and taking steps every day to improve the process & outcome.
• Self-starter personality - we're a startup operating in an extremely dynamic and volatile environment, news today is history tomorrow. We need team members who can assess, adapt, and execute quickly without instruction, hesitation, or reservation.
