Chainalysis is a global blockchain intelligence company that helps governments, financial institutions, and crypto businesses investigate illicit activity, manage risk, and build trust in blockchains. The Brand Designer at Chainalysis will create cohesive, on‑brand visuals across web, print, social, campaigns, and events to strengthen our brand position. You’ll translate complex topics into clear, compelling design, help evolve our design system, and collaborate closely with partners across the global marketing team.

What you’ll do:

  • Create inspiring, beautiful, and relevant assets that strengthen our brand. This will include print signage, social media assets, website designs, presentation decks, digital ads, multi-page reports, and more.

  • Extend and maintain the Chainalysis brand system (layout, typography, color, illustration, icons) to ensure consistency at global scale.

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Communications, Events, and Web teams to concept and deliver assets that support launches and campaigns.

  • Be accountable for timelines, deliverables, and output with oversight and support from Brand leadership and project teams.

  • Explore and expand how AI can be used to accelerate and improve the design process.

  • Contribute ideas that improve our design workflows, templates, and toolkits so non‑designers can produce on‑brand materials more easily.

What you’ll bring:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand and marketing design across digital and print (web, social, presentations, reports, events, and campaigns).

  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic/brand design, ideally in B2B software, fintech, or technology fields.

  • Deep understanding of typography, composition, and storytelling principles.

  • Expert Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud skills, with proficiency using AI tools for design tasks.

  • Comfortable working in fast‑moving, cross‑functional teams, giving and receiving feedback, and iterating quickly.

  • Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate concepts, ideas, and creative decisions to internal teams and external partners.

  • A systems-thinking mindset, treating every design asset as part of an evolving design system rather than a one-time effort.

  • Experience with motion, 3D, or data visualization is a plus.

What does a web3 designer do?

A web3 designer is responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for websites that are built on the web3 platform

This platform is based on blockchain technology and allows for the creation of decentralized applications (dApps) that can be accessed through a web browser

A web3 designer would be responsible for creating the user interface and user experience for these dApps, ensuring that they are easy to use and navigate

They would also be responsible for ensuring that the overall design of the dApps is consistent with the brand and aesthetic of the organization or individual that is building the dApps.
