Role
We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer based in Europe working alongside the Creative Director at EmergentX. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects and ventures within the EmergentX ecosystem. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the visual identity of various projects and companies under the EmergentX umbrella, ensuring consistency and excellence across all brand assets.
The role will suit someone who is looking to be part of an ambitious and fast moving company, where they can make a meaningful contribution and work with a large degree of autonomy.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and evolution of EmergentX's visual identity across all projects and companies within our ecosystem, fostering a unified brand presence in the blockchain industry
- Produce a wide range of on-brand marketing collateral, including website design, social media assets, presentations and merchandise
- Support commissioning of external agencies and creatives, and feeding back on their work
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design assets into various initiatives
- Ensure you stay up-to-date with market trends and communicate this effectively with the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and visual identity
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing your taste and design across identity, web and social media
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas
- Experience in developing and managing brand identity systems across various projects
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote role
- Illustration skills
- Familiarity with motion design tools
- Knowledgeable in 3D software
- Understanding of Webflow
- Experience in contributing to the growth and development of early-stage companies
- Some understanding of the crypto industry
