🙌🏼 What you will be doing

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Designer with expertise in User Research. In this role, you will be an integral part of one of our product teams, simultaneously contributing to the team’s goals and establishing our User Research operations.

🧩What you will be working on

• Individual Contribution: Lead the design process for one of our product areas. Identify product opportunities, design and validate solutions, and collaborate with the product team to implement these using our Design System.
• User Research Expertise: Develop and oversee our User Research practices across all product teams. Mentor our designers and product managers on conducting effective research, thereby enhancing the quality and frequency of user interviews, tests, and surveys.
• Research Project Facilitation: Direct independent research projects to understand our users’ needs, goals, and frustrations across various regions around the world. Set benchmarks for translating research insights into product improvements and innovations.

🤟🏻What you will bring:

Skilled in Product Design:

• Proven Design Process Execution: we need to make sure you are able to deliver various product initiatives from the moment of making a hypothesis up to validation of the results.
• Facilitating Workshops: Run cross-team workshops to improve the quality of our brainstorming sessions and resolve complex problems we are facing.
• Creating Wireframes and Prototypes: Build wireframes and prototypes to explore ideas and check assumptions with real Ramp users.
• Integrating User Feedback: Organize user testing sessions, use collected feedback to refine designs, and assess the impact of changes through A/B testing.

Expert in User Research:

• Setting Research Standards: Establish and implement research tools and processes used by the various teams in Ramp.
• Conducting Research: Carry out a variety of research activities to continuously gather valuable insights.
• Analyzing and Sharing Insights: Analyze research data to extract insights and share them with teams to guide product strategies.
• Mentoring in Research: Coach other team members to use research methods effectively in their work.

🌟Extra points for:

• Relevant experience and/or genuine enthusiasm about learning and designing for FinTech, blockchain, crypto, web3.
• Previous experience in Fintech space
