Together, we empower today’s financial leaders to build a more open, trusted economy. As a Lead User Experience Designer, you’ll get to: 

Partner with Product to transform product documents into customer journeys, process maps, high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, shipping high-quality work in a timely fashion. Interview customers in close collaboration with product managers to understand user needs and use cases and develop a hypothesis on how we can best create value for our users. Define, drive and evangelize the research and design process at Paxos while working seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders. Strengthen our user-centric product culture by defining our product’s user personas and socializing them across the company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, UX, Operations and Compliance) in iterative product development cycles, ensuring cohesive teamwork for successful product design and delivery. Your experience should include:

Experience driving and applying user-centered design processes across new and existing products and throughout the full software development lifecycle. Proficiency in defining user research / customer interview strategies and facilitating workshops and meetings to collect user feedback. Strong analytical abilities to understand context, uncover root causes, and identify business constraints to iterate on solutions that delight users. Demonstrated ability to work across a wide range of stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Growth, Operations) to collaboratively solve problems. Demonstrated ability to help stakeholders understand the importance of design thinking to building world-class B2B products.  Are proficient with industry design tools and systems including Figma, Sketch, etc.
