- 具备大数据、高并发、分布式系统架构设计及优化经验，有大型互联网或金融行业经验者优先。
- 深入理解数据库设计和优化，精通SQL调优、索引优化，具备复杂业务数据建模经验。
- 熟练掌握Nginx、Redis、MySQL、Kafka等常见中间件的配置、调优及高可用方案。
- 熟悉微服务架构、RPC框架、容器化部署（Docker/Kubernetes）等技术，具备云计算或DevOps经验者优先。
- 具备良好的团队管理能力，能够推动技术团队成长，提升整体研发效能。
