As an IT Intern, you will support a variety of project based assignments working closely with our IT organization and support the needs of our global team members.

IT Internship

  • Maintain and support BitGo's employees in resolving problems with desktops, printers, video conferencing in a Mac and Linux environment
  • Manage the repair of broken or defective laptops, printers or other hardware required
  • Manage the operations and maintenance of conferencing systems
  • Document support and operations processes
  • Manage hardware and software inventory
  • Manage Yubikey inventory and ensure proper use for IT resources
  • Help manage and maintain BitGo networking and wifi setup
  • Help manage and maintain the BitGo ansible workstation-config

Requirements

  • Familiaritywith various operating systems and platforms
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Networking knowledge OSI network layers, TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
  • Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other languages
  • Location: in Palo Alto on site or Sioux Falls South Dakota
