What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Generally, drive the backend engineering initiatives, including - but not limited to:
- Write well-designed, testable code
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Ensure software is updated with the latest features
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving software or systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong evidence in achieving something great in life (e.g., academic, professional accomplishments, or tackling adversity)
- Quick to catch on and make connections, exhibits intellectual curiosity, unafraid to admit when they don't know something
- Have a high learning curve, eager to learn something new
- Has the knowledge and interest to code using Golang
- Ability to debug, optimise code, and automate routine tasks
- Ability to solve the problem with effective communication skills and a sense of drive
