What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

  • Collaborate with cross partners like Talent, HR Tech, and Talent Brand to drive requirements for identified needs and proactively identify future requirements.
  • Engage in ad-hoc Talent innovations and priorities by partnering with others to bring innovative ideas to life with the highest quality.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends to ensure our talent strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Contribute to projects like the CB Bounty Program, Talent Incubator, or Supporting Internal Mobility initiatives by creatively driving the adoption of new mobility levers such as STAs/rotations.
