Our client is building innovative financial options/derivatives products the in Web3 space that has a $16 trillion dollar market size in traditional finance. Their mission is to create superior, flexible, and diversified investment opportunities for every Web3 investor.Â
They are the first decentralized derivatives protocol focused on exotic derivatives. Currently the #1 DeFi options protocol on Solana and #2 across Ethereum.
They are looking for a Product Manager to help accelerate the products they ship.
What you will need:
- 4+ years of product management experience in launching & owning complex projects
- Deep knowledge of Smart Contracts and web3 technologies
- Strong interest in DeFi, know about all the new protocols, avid follower of DeFi’s latest news and twitter
- Can explain the difference between Uniswap v3 and v4
- Strong understanding of options, able to understand what call and put option PNL graphs look like fairly instinctively. Able to explain greeks intuitively. Have bought and sold options positions and know how to hedge them
Nice to haves:
- Coding experience with scripting languages (Javascript being most useful) or smart contract languages (Solidity for EVM programs, Rust for Solana programs)
- Design experience and knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq
