About the Product Manager - tBTC SDK Team
As a Product Manager for the tBTC SDK Team at Thesis, you will be instrumental in connecting decentralized finance with traditional Bitcoin. You will lead the product development of our tBTC SDK, enabling Bitcoin integration into DeFi platforms and applications. This role combines technical expertise, market insights, and leadership skills. The Product Manager - tBTC SDK will report directly to the VP of Product.
What You’ll Do
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Work with VP of Product to articulate the product strategy and vision for the tBTC SDK, continuously refining it to align with the company's goals and market needs.
  • Roadmap Planning: Manage a product roadmap, balancing immediate deliverables and strategic goals, while considering the integration pipeline and market demand.
  • Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize new features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including blockchain developers, DeFi platforms, and end-users.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on blockchain and DeFi trends, especially regarding Bitcoin integrations.
  • User Experience: Ensure that the SDK is user-friendly and meets developer needs by collecting and acting on user feedback.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance metrics for the product.
  • Documentation and Support: Oversee the creation of comprehensive SDK documentation and support materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years in product management, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly Bitcoin and Ethereum
  • Experience with SDK or API product management
  • Experience working with DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations)
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for decentralized finance and its transformative potential
  • Prior experience working in a fully remote, geo-distributed workplaces is a must
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Location
All Thesis roles are remote-first, with a preference for Europe & Americas time zones.
