Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).
We are looking for an experienced Python Engineer to join our Blockchain team. In this role, you will work directly with blockchains. Your main responsibility will be to design and implement blockchain solutions that ensure secure, efficient, and scalable transactions for our users.
Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and develop new blockchain technologies using Python.
- Implement new features for existing blockchains.
- Write well-tested code with high test coverage.
- Optimize system performance to handle large volumes of data and users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch blockchain solutions.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience working in crypto/blockchain development using Python or other programming languages.
- Strong software development background with knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Proficiency in writing efficient and secure code.
- Deep knowledge in at least one of the following blockchain ecosystems: TON, Ethereum, or Solana.
- B2+ Level English.
Nice to Have:
- Proficient in developing smart contracts being a plus.
- Solid understanding of cryptography and security principles in blockchain being a plus.
