Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. This role will work on full-spectrum HR functions. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in HR & Talent management to support our organization's growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Spectrum HR Management: Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, business partnering, employer branding, and employee engagement for our workforce.
  • Office Management: Oversee all office-related administrative duties. For example, office benefits and snacks ordering, and new employee orientation & equipment management
  • HR Inquiries & Advisory: Address employee inquiries and provide professional HR advice, including interpreting HR policies and handling complex HR issues.
  • Employee Engagement & Recruitment Initiatives: Plan and execute various employee engagement activities and recruitment initiatives to enhance the company culture and attract top talent.
  • Manpower Reporting: Prepare detailed manpower reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely data.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience working in an HR-related role Previous experience in startups, fintech, or internet companies.
  • Local Law Expertise: Good understanding of Singapore labor laws and regulations.
  • Work Visa Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore's work visa regulations and application procedures.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Experience in recruitment coordination is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
