- Collaborate with traders, researchers, and project managers to understand and translate complex workflows into elegant UI solutions.
- Design and implement intuitive, high-performance, and responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte).
- Build real-time UIs that ingest and render high-frequency market data from multiple WebSocket sources.
- Develop rich data visualizations using graphic libraries and tools (ex D3.js, Observable Plot, etc.) to present complex analytics effectively.
- Contribute to front-end architecture and performance decisions, with scalability and maintainability in mind.
- Deploy and maintain applications, ensuring reliability, usability, and performance under heavy loads.
- Support system maintenance and feature evolution with high delivery cadence and quick iteration cycles.
- Mentor junior developers and promote front-end best practices across the team.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in front-end or full-stack development.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte.
- Knowledge of microservice architectures and deployment patterns.
- Proven experience handling large datasets and real-time data updates from backend sources (e.g., WebSockets, Server-Side Events, etc.).
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and rendering strategies in data-heavy applications.
- Experience in continuous delivery processes with building and operating zero-downtime systems
- Demonstrated experience building aesthetically polished, user-centric interfaces.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team.
- Background or strong interest in trading systems or financial platforms.
- Experience with Python 3 and backend service integration.
- Familiarity with relational databases and data caching strategies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, or ELK.
