The Company
Swan is a leading Bitcoin-only financial services company supporting individuals and companies throughout their Bitcoin journey. We hire passionate Bitcoiners who want to work with a self-motivated and fully distributed startup team.
The Role
We are looking for a talented marketer to join our team. The person in this role will collaborate with other Marketing, Swan Private, Product, Engineering, Client Service, and Swan teams as well as external partners.
The ideal candidate will have experience with functional marketing and product marketing along with overall Go-To-Market leadership. They will also be a strategic thinker and a skillful storyteller.
Your responsibilities
- Own acquisition programs across paid and owned channels: creative, landing pages, conversion, and the experiments, produced and iterated with AI tooling
- Understand client segments and develop narratives and content that speak to the different segments
- Drives and facilitates Go-to-Market (GTM) for one or more Swan products as GTM Lead, each bound to a metric with baseline and target
- Plan and ship acquisition experiments, using AI to produce variants, briefs, and creative at volume, in a machine + human loop
- Own GTM product positioning, launches, and growth loops, connected to business and product goals each quarter
- Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and stepping up to be project manager for new initiatives
Skills and experience that will help you succeed
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a marketing role
- You are an operator and builder, run campaigns and journeys at speed, and operate in an AI-native mindset, with exceptional human judgment
- You are fluent across paid and owned acquisition, and comfortable owning the full loop
- You are comfortable owning goals, targets, and driving deep. You treat each project as a business investment for growth
- Excellent organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Exceptional writing and communications skills. You are a good storyteller, using data and insights to weave compelling marketing copy and designing great campaigns
- Strong brand marketing skills. You know how to come up with creative names for new campaigns/ads and you think about competitive positioning, packaging and messaging
- Fluent creating AI-assisted workflows (agents, prompts, automations) into daily execution.
- Marketing experience including acquisition, conversion, and retention of customers.
- Strong understanding of Bitcoin and the difference between Bitcoin and “Crypto”. We hire Bitcoiners, not crypto-enthusiasts. You should be excited to talk about and evangelize for Bitcoin!
- Must be located in and have work authorization in the United States
- Compensation for this role will be based on location and experience, and may include base salary, equity, and benefits
