We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the BabyDoge team and take the reins of our central ecosystem product - PAWS.
As Product Manager for PAWS, you will be responsible for overseeing the game's development and user experience within the BabyDoge ecosystem. PAWS has millions of users who expect a top-tier experience in engaging with the BabyDoge brand and the crypto space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and scaling of the PAWS mini-game, ensuring a seamless user experience for both gamers and BabyDoge users.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, and community) to deliver PAWS features aligned with BabyDoge’s ecosystem.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to execution, continuously iterating and improving the game based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Integrate the PAWS mini-game with other BabyDoge ecosystem products, ensuring smooth interaction across platforms and services.
- Drive engagement strategies, using airdrops and community-driven initiatives to boost participation and user retention.
- Focus on providing exceptional UX within a Web3 environment, ensuring the game is accessible and enjoyable for crypto and non-crypto users alike.
- Track and analyze product performance, user engagement, and community growth to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Skills & Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the gaming or crypto space.
- Proven success in managing products from concept to launch, with experience scaling mobile and web-based platforms.
- Ability to unify cross-functional teams around a shared vision, balancing diverse user needs to achieve product goals.
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making, turning both qualitative research and quantitative insights into impactful product enhancements.
- UX-oriented with experience leading user-centric design processes to ensure seamless interaction and user satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of crypto assets, on/off ramps, and web3 technologies, including integration with various crypto services and products.
- Passion for innovation in the crypto space, staying ahead of trends, experimenting with new ideas, and utilizing the latest industry advancements.
- TG miniapps experience is a plus
