WHAT YOU WILL DO

Handle first level tech support for a Mac-only environment having a large percent of remote users and within a global footprint Assess and prioritize incoming employee support requests with a customer-first mindset and handle the day to day IT administrative tasks Diagnose product issues on the spot, explaining situations, and provide technical support for macOS/iOS Advising on solutions to get users up and running again as quickly as possible Prioritize users and associated needs Maintain and contribute to an internal knowledge base of technical documentation Maintain the company's IT hardware asset register, monitoring and ordering stock Manage relationships with third party vendors

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

2+ years of relevant experience in similar roles (IT Support Engineer / helpdesk in a fast paced environment, Apple Genius) Expert knowledge in Mac, macOS, iOS Experience in Google Workspace Knowledge of endpoint management strategies with experience using different MDM and directory solutions (e.g. Addigy, Jamf) Excellent track record of successful service delivery Results-oriented, user-focused mindset Excellent communication skills Understand the basic principles of cyber security and be security conscious Ability to work onsite in our New York office

Salary Range: $79,101 to $98,876 (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
