Job description

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead the integration process of new digital assets to our service offering. Finoa currently supports 9 of the most exciting protocols out there as well as morethan 114 ERC-20 tokens and we are always looking to integrate the networks with the highest potential in the industry. As the owner of blockchain integrations, you will manage the pipeline of networks and assess the technical and business impact of a potential integration; you will work closely with our partners and stakeholders, and you will supervise our supported networks to ensure our service for them is always updated and top notch.

Job Description

ā€¢ You will own all aspects of our supported networks, anticipate future integrations and work very closely with the Chief Blockchain Officer to plan the launch of new services.

ā€¢ You will work closely with the UI/API teams to create the best UX for Custody, Staking, and Brokerage for our institutional customer base.

ā€¢ Supervise blockchain integration efforts and the development of networks specific features such as staking, governance, etc.

ā€¢ You will lead the partnerships with representatives of or supported networks.

ā€¢ Plan and execute service launch strategies that will boost Finoaā€™s standing in the industry and will excite and attract new customers.

ā€¢ Monitor supported blockchains for updates and relevant changes, and ensure our services stay up to date and are always network compatible.

ā€¢ Create and maintain the knowledge base for supported networks so that it may be accessed and used by our engineers and our customer facing teams.

Requirements

  • You hold university title degree in a relevant field and have a good understanding of technological subjects
  • You have 3+ years experience in Product Management, creating and shipping customer-oriented products and working with cross functional teams.
  • The word API, Swagger, Postman, DevOps,SLA, SLO, MTTR, MTBF are not alienwords
  • Good experience with Agile frameworks like SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe.
  • You have experience working with Fintech products and services and are knowledgeable in the different stages of their development cycle.
  • You are well-acquainted with the crypto space and current local and international regulatory landscape
  • A track record working with leading a team for integrations is a huge plus
  • You have superb English verbal and written communication skills, German is a plus.
  • You have hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset; you know how to roll up your sleeves to deliver alongside your team.
  • A development background would be a plus
