About the role
As a Social Media intern within the Marketing Team, you will be creating graphics and digital content that are shareworthy, educational and engaging to bring awareness to the Nansen brand. You will play a key role in "the future of finance", and help us to achieve our mission of surfacing the signal in blockchain data.
You can be locatedanywhere in the world, as our work is 100% online.
The position isfull-time.
What will you be doing?
- Work with the social media manager on the social media strategy and execution.
- Collaborate and work closely with the product, alpha and research teams to develop high quality and engaging design assets.
- Own the entire end-to-end process from planning, ideating through to execution to reporting.
- Measure, analyze and report on the performance social media posts and campaigns. Share key findings and propose actionable next steps.
- Stay up to date with crypto and DeFi trends, and the latest social media format and features.

- [ ] Proficiency with social media platforms like Twitter, YouTube, Discord, Facebook, Tik Tok, Reddit, etc.
- [ ] Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi and NFT trends.
- [ ] Highly killed in writing engaging and exciting short-form social media copy.
- [ ] Ability to clearly communicate Nansen's offerings and product features.
- [ ] Proactive: Challenge the status quo and propose ideas that could go viral on social
- [ ] Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and is able to get things done fast
- [ ] Drive: We want people who are passionate about the crypto-asset industry, and are eager to up-skill and hone their knowledge in the crypto space
- [ ] Analytical: Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
- [ ] Independent: Direct experience working in a remote first environment; and able to work independently whilst collaborating closely with a fast-growing team
- [ ] Self-motivated: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, empathy, and determination to get things done
- [ ] Resilience: Humble to new ideas, and eager to learn amidst adversity and challenges
- [ ] An entrepreneurial spirit and the skills to take a (rough) idea and make it reality
- [ ] Great written communication skills in English
