Preferred qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in software development in one of more programming languages (such as C++, Rust, JavaScript & Python)
- Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field
Great to have experience:
- Solana blockchain (such as Anchor & Solana’s web3.js)
- Rust (Familiarity with other low level programming languages such as C++ is also good)
- Writing financial, scientific or mathematical software
- Passion for blockchain, protocol design and DeFi
- Smart contracts experience

As one of the first hires, we’re looking for engineers who can learn fast and are excited to play a core role in influencing the direction of a DeFi protocol.
We’re based in NYC and Miami though we are totally fine with a remote position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Getting hands dirty with smart contract design (We promise it’s fun!)
- Writing simple, high quality and secure smart contracts (this includes full test coverage)
- Write the libraries to interface with smart contracts (using web3.js)
- Contributing back to the Solana codebase (including anchor)
- Working with security auditing firms to get audit reports.
