WHO YOU ARE
You are a pragmatic, execution-focused software engineer with at least 5 years of experience in backend development. You possess a strong bias for action and thrive on tackling complex security challenges in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. You understand that "good enough" is a starting point for iteration, not a finishing line.
- Security-First Mindset: You are deeply passionate about security engineering, with a proven track record in authentication, security protocols, and application security.
- Java Expertise: You have 5+ years of experience with Java and are an expert in core concepts, including multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
- Technical Vision & Execution: You can design and implement robust, high-scale solutions from the ground up. You're comfortable setting and driving technical direction under uncertainty to accelerate delivery.
- Radical Ownership: You are a proactive, "get-it-done" individual who can work independently to solve problems and ship value quickly.
- Proven Communicator: You are fluent in English and can clearly articulate complex technical concepts, making your work transparent and understood across the organization.

What We Expect You to Know (The Toolkit)
Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
- Deep expertise in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with software architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of API design and testing practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Important Assets (Nice-to-Haves):
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Working knowledge of PHP and Shell Scripting.
