The Role We are looking for a Senior React Native Mobile Developer to act as Team Lead and leading developer of the Aldrin crypto wallet mobile application. You will:

Have an entrepreneurial spirit and actively contribute new to architecture discussions, being proactive in driving the technical success of the product Be the representative of the project on the technology side Be the main point of contact for the product owner Work closely with our designers, product owners, and backend engineers to develop Contribute code to our React Native app from the get-go Implement features with the aim to provide long term stability of a highly scalable application Develop clean and reusable react native components Play an active role in evolving our mobile engineering practices Plug into the team’s existing agile process and look for ways to improve it and lead that process Focus on fostering a high performing team culture by focusing on ownership, continuous learning, and delivery Maximize your team’s impact with a leadership >

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong expertise in React Native with 5+ years of professional experience building high-quality mobile apps High-level experience with TypeScript Have experience with best-in-class client-side data design and management, whether that’s experience with GraphQL/ Apollo or other such tools Significant project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies Experience with both technical and people leadership of software development teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Verbal fluency in English

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Android Passionate about crypto markets, blockchain technology, and decentralized applications Knowledge/experience working on mobile financial applications/cryptocurrencies/wallets Experience with Solana Web3 frameworks and technologies, especially on mobile Experience working with a large codebase and e2e testing like Cypress Experience with Cross Browser Compatibility, responsive UI, and debugging skills Experience with high-performance web pages and performance tuning experience Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other technical (STEM) field or an equivalent of experience
