What you will do
Implement best product development & management practices in Auroryâs web ecosystem. Create alignment across the company to bring the productâs vision/roadmap to life Work closely with business & marketing team leads to create a product that resonates with the community Work closely with the creative & tech team leads to identify risks & act on them proactively
Who you are You love working in a startup environment and try to find a good balance between speed of execution & risk management. As a professional PM you have a track record of some or all of the following experiences:
Experience owning and executing early-stage product development, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in identifying risks & acting proactively on them Experience building roadmaps where youâve defined requirements and worked with other cross-functional teams Experience in working in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience in working with complex technology products and concepts, like web3 products.
