We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to manage data governance and data product development strategies.

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the data governance framework for our leading client in the online ticket reservation sector. The candidate will take end-to-end responsibility in data ownership, data quality, and data governance processes, providing leadership in ensuring data is properly produced, protected, and creates value.

*Create and implement a comprehensive data governance framework for the organization

*Design, implement, and monitor data strategy and roadmap

*Define the roles and responsibilities of data owners and data stewards

*Establish data quality standards, define measurement metrics, and create regular reporting processes

*Ensure data lifecycle management, determine archiving and deletion policies

*Design and optimize data integration and metadata management processes

*Create and manage data dictionary and metadata catalog

*Establish data models and quality standards for business intelligence and big data solutions

*Define and implement data security and privacy standards

Integrate legal regulations and compliance requirements into data processes

*Create policies and standards for data access and usage

Design and implement KPIs and performance monitoring mechanisms.

*Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Sciences, Statistics, or related fields (Master's degree preferred)

*Minimum 10 years of experience in data governance, data architecture, or data product management

*At least 3 years of direct experience in data governance projects

*Experience with online platforms or reservation systems preferred

*Advanced knowledge of SQL and data modeling

*Experience with GCP data services (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Dataflow, Looker)

*Experience with data quality management, metadata management, and data cataloging tools

*Knowledge of data integration and ETL/ELT processes

*Knowledge of data security and privacy standards

*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

*Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability

*Project management and organizational skills

*Experience working in multi-layered and complex organizations

**Ability to bridge business and technology teams
