Non Tech Project Manager Jobs in Web3

Protofire is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our DAO, to lead the team, and successfully deliver web3 projects.

Required:

• Leadership experience as PM or Tech lead
• Agile Methodologies
• Proactive and willing to take ownership of the projects and the product vision
• Outstanding communication level with clients and teams
• DeFi Protocol experience or knowledge (Must)
• Architect mindset (Desirable)
• DevOps direct experience (Desirable), or good understanding
• 5+ years of experience as PM
• Experience leading engineering teams in blockchain, crypto, or Web3. (Desirable)
• Previous experience working as a developer
• Good understanding of the roles of frontend (React) and Backend (NextJS, Rust, Go, Python), Solidity devs, BA, QA, DevOps, PO, etc. Able to have deep tech discussions if is necessary.
• Theoretical knowledge of blockchain networks and distributed systems.
• Experience working with containerization like Docker.
• A passion for decentralized, peer-to-peer systems and Web3 technologies.

Bonus experience:

• Wallets multisig
• Business and customer-oriented mindset
• Finance knowledge
• Solidity
• Familiarity with Non-EVM networks (big bonus)
